SUB-REGIÃO OF MONÇÃO AND MELGAÇO
Produced in Quinta do Reguengo, a place chosen many centuries ago by the royal family to send family members and settle there.
The grapes are transported to the cellar immediately after harvesting in small boxes. They are then gently pressed before entering the fermentation process in barrels with a capacity of 400 liters. After remaining in barrels for 1 year, it is bottled, followed by aging in the bottle.
